Whiteladies Farmers’ and Fair Trading Market will be having a special Apple Day on Saturday 17th October.
At least 10 varieties of dessert apple will be offered at the market for free tasting. Come along and discover some of the excellent flavours it is almost impossible to find in the supermarkets.
The Market, on Whiteladies Road near the junction with Apsley Road, is there every Saturday from 8.30am to 2pm, selling fresh vegetables, bread, meat, fish, cheese and other locally-sourced produce.
