Australian town votes for tapwater

A small town in Australia has decided that it’s stupid for a company to extract their local water, transport it to Sydney, bottle it, and sell it back to them. So they have voted to outlaw bottled water because of the waste of fossil fuel, the unnecessary carbon emissions and the impact of all that plastic needing to go in landfill.
