Ed Milliband’s Low Carbon Transition plan

This govt plan looks a bit greenwashy – importing less gas (we have to reduce our gas imports because its getting in short supply!) and “clean coal”, plus it says we have reduced 21% already even though thats mostly be exporting our maufacturing processes and ignoring aviation and shipping.
