Perhaps this report from Lloyds will help ensure that Government and businesses start taking resource depletion more seriously. The foreword from the Chief Executive makes it very clear that we are not talking about temporary market volatility, and that businesses that fail to take account of energy supply chains will simply not be in business in the longer term.
