We gaily fill our supermarket trolleys with convenient, high-quality, packaged, processed products to feed ourselves and our families, knowing that in general the food is fairly healthy and nutritious. If we could see the collateral damage from the production and distribution processes that get these items onto the shelves maybe we would make different choices. The documentary film, ‘Our Daily Bread’ free from any voice-over or music, lets you see for yourself. Showing at the Watershed as part of Bristol’s Festival of Ideas, tickets £6.00 or £4.50 concessions, from the Watershed Media Centre 0117 9275100
