Newscaster George Alagiah presents a series of three one hour documentarys looking at the impact of water depletion, oil depletion and climate change on global systems of food production. The first was on Monday 17 at 9pm so if you missed it you can catch it on Watch Again. Even if you know it all already, its worth watching just to see how the programme tries to be relevant to ordinary families in Britain without being preachy or too alarmist. Even the Telegraph liked it!
